Support the whole athlete. Strengthen Your club culture.

Today, young athletes face more pressure than ever

Offering mental performance support shows athletes and families that you care about their growth — and it gives your teams and players a competitive advantage.

We partner with clubs to:

  • Provide integrated support for athletes and parents
  • Deliver virtual or in-person workshops tailored to your club’s needs and culture
  • Complement your coaches’ training and development
  • Create mental skills content for your club’s social media channels
  • Strengthen retention and family satisfaction by investing in the whole-athlete

We rely on evidence-informed methods to enhance performance. Once launched, our partnerships require minimal oversight from club directors.

How It Works

1. Get In Touch

It’s important for us to understand your goals and how we can best support you with mental performance coaching. We’re available to meet over Zoom, phone, or in-person.

2. Determine Support Level

Some organizations want a year-round resource. Others simply want a mental performance component at their summer camp. We’ll work together to build your ideal mental performance support model!

3. Launch

Together, we’ll plan your club’s announcement and awareness efforts to get families excited and spread the word about your club’s investment.
