Anyone aiming for excellence or performance enhancement. Premier MPC primarily works with athletes, business executives, and creative professionals (artists, writers).
How much does mental performance coaching cost?
Individual rates:
1 hour – $100
30 minutes – $60*

3-Session Package – $270/170

*New clients are strongly encouraged to start with a 1 hour session.


A limited number of reduced-fee sliding scale slots are available to make services accessible based on financial need.

How long does it take to see results?
Many clients notice improvement within their first 1-2 sessions. Consistent application of skills are keys to lasting change and better performance.
What’s the difference between a sport psychologist and mental performance?
A sport psychologist has a doctoral degree and is licensed to diagnose and treat clinical mental health conditions. A mental performance consultant focuses on enhancing performance through mental skills training without addressing clinical issues.
How does confidentiality work?
Prior to your first session, you will receive an Informed Consent document that outlines our full confidentiality policy, and we’ll review the key aspects of confidentiality during your first session.
